Your organization will be highlighted on the website, agenda and mobile app. Push notifications will be sent to attendees during the event announcing your Coffee Break. Your organization does not need to provide a representative, as we will provide signs with your logo and the hotel will maintain the coffee station.

Host an informal social gathering with food and/or beverages catered by Hotel Polaris. Network, promote your organization or product, or offer a demonstration away from the hustle and bustle of the Exhibit Hall. You will be highlighted as a host, your logo will be displayed on our website and at the entrance to the suite, and a push notification will be sent to attendees announcing your organization as the Hospitality Suite host.

COST: $250 + cost

Build brand awareness with over 1400 attendees by displaying a banner at Hotel Polaris during the symposium. Ship your retractable banner to be placed in a high traffic area during the event.
