Build brand awareness by hosting a Coffee Break in the Exhibit Hall. Hosting a coffee break is a simple option if your organization would like brand exposure at a low cost. Reach over 1300 attendees as they gather in the Exhibit Hall for coffee between sessions.
Your organization will be highlighted on the website, agenda and mobile app. Push notifications will be sent to attendees during the event announcing your Coffee Break. Your organization does not need to provide a representative, as we will provide signs with your logo and the hotel will maintain the coffee station.
COST: $550
Expand your network by hosting a Hospitality Suite. The Hospitality Suite is a great place to connect with symposium attendees and highlight the attributes of your organization. As the Hospitality Suite host, you may bring food and beverages into the hotel at your cost.
It is best to designate a representative from your organization to facilitate your Hospitality Suite event, as hotel staff and symposium staff will not be responsible for maintaining the space. Contact us for details!
COST: $250 to reserve + your cost (ie. coffee, bagels, donuts, burritos, marketing materials, etc.)
